Moulds

RAMAC A/S is developing and testing all production moulds in-house. Highly competitive strategic partners manufacture the moulds and sealing equipment, under our attentive supervision. Minor changes and repairs can be made at our own facility.

Many years of experience in mould making, makes us able to design and produce quality blister moulds and accessories for both our RAMAC 525 Workstation and other blister machines as well. It is possible to fit existing blister moulds to the RAMAC 525 Workstation either directly or by using an adapter plate.

Ongoing optimization of the tools and equipment, used during the mould design phase and mould manufacturing process, contributes to successful minimized design-, mould-, and sealing equipment costs.
