The RAMAC 525 Workstation can be configured through various options.

It is possible to equip the machine with an option for blister forming respectively blister sealing with two different temperatures. This option secures successful heat-sealing, when a higher temperature is needed for plastic film to seal against plastic film, aluminum foil or Tyvek®, than for the forming process.

It is possible to connect a mould cooling system to the machine, securing consistent mould temperatures when demanded by the blister material, the forming process, or when needed by the customers validation process.

For optimum ergonomics our customers can choose equipping the machine with linear columns, and several possibilities for placing process materials and the articles being packed. This provides the machine operator with safe solutions protecting against monotonous repetitive work. Through our net of strategic partners we are also able to deliver a complete solution for handling of process materials and articles, both before and after the forming/sealing process.
