Creating competitive favourable products demands focus on the complete process from developing ideas to delivering solutions. We handle this process by selecting only a qualified net of suppliers, dealers and partners, and by continuous optimization of our tools and professional serviceminded staff.

State-of-the-art 3D-CAD/CAM, 3D-Scanning, Rapid Prototyping, and modern production facilities, is making us able to offer our customers competitive quality solutions, and observe delivery schedules according to entered agreements.
When cutting and handling film and foil our clean room facility is making us able to meet most of our pharmaceutical and medical customer’s hygiene requirements.

We offer our customers a possibility to cooperate through various solutions. It is possible to combine all areas of interest to one advantageous solution, or for example split solutions in terms of manufacturing customer fitted blistermoulds, punching or cutting of fitted film/foil, stand-alone machinery, equipment for our machinery, or blister design and prototyping.

Sustainable development – assuming responsibility for the short and long-term

The concept of sustainable development was introduced with the UN’s Environment and Development conference in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Sustainable development is defined as “development which satisfies present demands without limiting the opportunity of future generations for development”.

RAMAC A/S accepts responsibility for sustainable development by integrating financial, environmental and social aspects into its strategic planning and operational work. RAMAC A/S takes account of sustainability in all our production processes and products – from cradle to grave.

We strongly believe our focus on Life Cycle Assessment is one of the keys to future success.

The owners of RAMAC A/S have overall responsibility for ensuring that existing requirements are followed, including sustainability requirements, within each respective Business Area.

Life Cycle Assessment is the detailed analysis that gives you the information you need to make the most environmentally friendly decisions throughout product design. The analysis looks at a product’s entire life, which encompasses ore extraction, material production, manufacturing, product use, end-of-life disposal, and all of the transportation that occurs between these stages.
